The requirements for this project include creating several roles and profiles within the organization. To begin preparing for how these users will interact with Salesforce and how they are positioned within the company, I’ve created personas for each user. As the company grows, it may be necessary to generalize these personas based on the position in the company, but for now, it’s a small team so personas can be based on each specific user.
The requirements ask for the following profiles and roles:
- Administrator
- Program Manager
- Study Group Manager
- Volunteer Project Manager
- Member Review Manager
