Last year, Salesforce released a list of essential skills that every Salesforce administrator should have. I started writing about these skills in a LinkedIn newsletter I published called “The New Admin”.
Throughout the summer of 2022, I wrote an article about each skill. Using the format of an interview, I wrote questions related to each skill and then provided answers based on my existing skills. At the time, I only had exposure to Salesforce from a learning point-of-view, so I relied heavily on my transferable skills from my past in tech support and in the live event industry
